How to Set Up Free Shipping Bar in Vairo
The Free Shipping Bar encourages customers to increase their cart value by showing how much more they need to spend to qualify for free shipping. As customers add products to their cart, the progress updates automatically to motivate larger purchases.
How the Free Shipping Bar Appears on Your Storefront

How to Set It Up
Step 1: Enable Vairo App Embed
- Make sure the Vairo App Embed is enabled before setting up the Free Shipping Bar.
- If you haven't enabled it yet, follow this guide: How to Enable Vairo App Embed.
Step 2: Activate the Free Shipping Bar
- Open Vairo in your Shopify Admin.
- Navigate to Conversion > Free Shipping Bar.
- Click Activate feature and Save.

Step 3: Configure Your Free Shipping Rate
Vairo displays your existing free shipping rate from Shopify. Before using this feature, you must create a free shipping rule in your Shopify Admin.
To set up free shipping:
- Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Shipping and delivery.
- Select the shipping profile you want to edit.
- Click Create new profile in the Custom shipping rates section.
- Click Add rate and enter a name for the shipping rate.
- Set the Price to 0.
- Configure any shipping conditions based on your business needs.
- Click Done, then Save.

Note:
- Make sure your free shipping threshold matches the campaign goal you want to display in the Free Shipping Bar.
- If free shipping is only available in certain countries or regions, configure your shipping zones accordingly so the Free Shipping Bar matches your shipping settings.
Step 4: Customize the Free Shipping Bar
Configure the content displayed during different stages of the shopping journey:
- Set the minimum order value required for free shipping.
- Customize the Initial text shown when the cart is empty.
- Customize the In-progress text shown while the customer is working toward the free shipping goal.
- Customize the Goal reached text shown when the customer qualifies for free shipping.

In the Appearance section, you can customize the colors to match your store's branding.
After completing the setup, visit your storefront to make sure the Free Shipping Bar displays correctly.
