Why Don't Product Labels & Badges Appear on the Storefront?

If your Product Labels & Badges aren't appearing on your storefront, check the following settings to make sure everything is configured correctly.

1. Vairo App Embed Is Not Enabled

Make sure the Vairo App Embed is enabled in your Theme Editor.

If App Embed is disabled, Product Labels & Badges and other App Embed features won't appear on your storefront.

2. Product Labels & Badges Have Not Been Activated

Go to Page enhancements > Product Labels & Badges and make sure the label you created has been Activated.

3. The Label Is Assigned to Specific Products Only

If you assigned the label to specific products, make sure the product you're viewing is included in the selected product list.

4. Your Theme Uses a Custom Product Card Layout

Some Shopify themes use custom product card layouts, which may prevent Product Labels & Badges from displaying correctly on collection pages or product grids.

If you've checked all of the settings above and the labels still don't appear, the issue may be related to your theme's implementation.
