Why Doesn't the Sales Pop-up Appear on the Storefront?

If your Sales Pop-up isn't appearing on your storefront, check the following settings to make sure everything is configured correctly.

1. Vairo App Embed Is Not Enabled

Make sure the Vairo App Embed is enabled in your Theme Editor.

If App Embed is disabled, the Sales Pop-up and other App Embed features won't appear on your storefront.

2. The Sales Pop-up Feature Has Not Been Activated

Go to Page enhancements > Sales Pop-up and make sure the feature has been Activated.

3. No Qualifying Orders Found

If you're using Live Purchase Feed or Live Sales Volume, Vairo requires existing orders to generate the pop-up.

Make sure:

  • The selected time range (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 60 Days) contains orders.
  • The selected order status (Open or Archived) contains qualifying orders.
  • If you're displaying pop-ups for a Specific Product, make sure the product is available and published to the Online Store sales channel.

4. Popup Display Conditions Are Limited

If you selected Specific Pages, the Sales Pop-up will only appear on those pages.

If you've enabled Schedule, the Sales Pop-up will only be displayed during the selected days and time range.

For example, if the pop-up is scheduled to appear only on certain weekdays or during specific hours, it won't be displayed outside that schedule.
