Why Doesn't the Size Chart Appear on the Storefront?

If your Size Chart isn't appearing on your storefront, check the following settings to make sure everything is configured correctly.

1. Vairo App Embed Is Not Enabled​

Make sure the Vairo App Embed is enabled in your Theme Editor.

If App Embed is disabled, the Size Chart and other App Embed features won't appear on your storefront.

2. The Size Chart Has Not Been Activated​

Go to Page enhancements > Size Chart and make sure your Size Chart has been Activated.

3. The Size Chart Widget Has Not Been Added​

If you selected Inline Link as the display type, you must add the Size Chart app block in the Shopify Theme Editor.

  • Go to Page enhancements > Size Chart > Appearance Settings.
  • Click Add Widget.
  • You will be redirected to the Shopify Theme Editor.
  • Move the Size Chart app block to your preferred position.
  • Click Save.
  • Return to the app and click Verify Now to confirm the app block was added successfully.

4. The Size Chart Is Assigned to Specific Products Only​

If you assigned the Size Chart to specific products, make sure the product you're viewing is included in the selected product list.
